From a Croatian trip to the Estonian market!
Our idea was born on a summer trip to Croatia, walking the streets, we discovered a local smoothie bowl shop and knew immediately this is something Estonia doesn't have. We were walking the streets when our friend decided to order a smoothie bowl. We had already been thinking about working in the food industry.

Our idea to enter the Estonian market with smoothie bowls started on a summer trip to Croatia.
We were walking the streets when our friend decided to order a smoothie bowl from a local shop. We had already been thinking about working in the food industry.
In Croatia, Anete said to Keiri: "Take a picture of this menu, we might need it in the future if we ever start in the food industry." We let the idea simmer for a while, and last autumn we decided that next summer could be the moment to take our first fairs.
At the end of 2025 we quietly started putting together a menu and researching what it actually takes to start a business. We also got familiar with the surrounding market. We found that smoothie bowls are not offered in Estonia and this is our opportunity to seize it and bring it to market.
Now we've reached the point where we're building our first business alongside school, work and personal life, and we're excited to see what this experience brings us and what the summer holds.
